Friday 17th July, 2009 Hello folks, We've started the Cray season in Lorne, so you'll find us serving fresh Cray in many different styles. Bass straight scallops are now in season. It's the first time we have had scallops from Bass straight since the 80s, and now there's a more responsible approach to fishing means we will have them forever!
